Mind Body Health Yoga
What does Yoga involve?
Yoga involves physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation with movement, and total relaxation. Remember to honor your body, work at your own pace, nurture your whole being and simply enjoy your yoga practice. Yoga creates an internal environment which will allow us as individuals to find our own a sense of balance and peace, for an optimum state of health and well being.
Yoga Preparation
All you will need is a yoga mat, towel or blanket, and a space where you will be undisturbed. You can practice yoga at any time of the day when your stomach is empty or about 2 hours after your last meal. Wear loose comfortable clothing.
