We find balance by employing natural methods for the individual. Some methods include the right diet, exercise, yoga, meditation, herbs, sound therapy, steam therapy, oil massage and finding ways to reconnection with nature. Ayurveda shows us how and provides us with the knowledge and methods to facilitate wholeness, peace and inner freedom.
